If the time slows down close to the event horizon from our perspective to a crawl, so much so that it would take more than the life of the universe for the object to actually fall into the blackhole, then how did the blackhole grow to this size, heck, how did it even form within the lifetime of the universe in the first place? Shouldn't it's formation timescale also be stretched out, to infinity, from the rest of the universe's perspective?
This is from the perspective of a person who is outside the event horizon. Such bizarre deductions which you are pointing to is happening because the event inside a blackhole cannot be placed anywhere in our timelines of the world. For us, those events virtually don't exist. Hence we see blackhole as a void.
The "blackness" is not because back hole sucks light as it would imply gravity as a force which as per theory of relativity is not the case. Gravity is just the curvature of spacetime.
That's what I am saying. From "our perspective" the object would take a longer than universe age time to fall into it, so it should not have grown to this size within the observed time scale of just a few billion years.
Of course from the object's perpective the time will flow normally and it will pass through the event horizon, but from the outside observers perpective it will take an eternity.
Pertinent point is, to us it would seem... but that may not be objective reality !!
It's all relative, so from the perspective of the outside observer it really would happen, because the relative time will slow down. So from the standpoint of the outside universe, the process (of falling into the blackhole) will take virtually forever.
What is your point ? Who is correct as per your understanding ?
What is this twisted space , which resembles a fabric ( Is it bending of Time or reality ).Ah ! my head hurts !!!

If space is Vacuum , Then why is it so ?

Hey came across a nice video on youtube !
I can't get your point of contention ! Could you clearly state them again !That's really good video! So he explains the same thing, that from our/outside observer point of view a falling object will never cross the event horizon. Which brings us back to the first question, how does this thing form within a finite amount of time in the first place and grow in size too?
