At the end of the day USA and India will co-operate on China if there is need to do so. Neither side will do anything to close that option. Pakistan should know what means

Nothing more than the odd QUAD naval games and the usual "yudh abhyas" will happen, and those are not specifically or overtly anti China anyway, but the Chinese do war games with Pak (friendship something, what do they call it?) too.

Overall, both India and China have been measured in how hostile a posture they want to adopt against each other in the region.. business > war.
