Hey Vice City sucked.I like SAN Andreas and GTA 3 and IV.

Werd, Sand Andreas is my only fave games in GTA series! GTA IV is good to, but Sand Andreas reminds me of my old neighborhood back in America!

but Vice City has a great soundtrack and bright colors. But it all depend on your personalty.

I suggest you Mass.Effect2 which I am playing, really good one.
The required spec is a little high, I dont know what is XPS, and I am playing it with GF9800
