Belarus is a country really close to Russia (politically). Lukashenkos visit is therefore another reflection of growing ties between Moscow and Islamabad.

Let us put our complaints on the table, both Pakistan and Afghanistan vis-a-vis each other.
Something like TTP, BLA, India using Afghan soil, while Afghan complaints like Haqqani network, Afghan Talis... etc

Then we take action against these complaints and then we ask China to be third party to observe how we both are doing.

First step for Afghanistan should be making the country safe so that companies/people/traders from India , Pakistan , Iran feel comfortable coming there and doing business. Second step should be eliminating the intense corruption. I feel these two are the two most important steps for Afghanistan to enable it to get ready for Pan regional Development.

Afghanistan has internal issues no doubt but the bulk is externally supported proxy force.
Corruption or internal rivalries doesn't make people cross from the border and run a complete war against the Afghan people

So yes Internatl problems needs to be solved but its with Pakistan that we need to have peace and not the Talis.

Ashraf Ghani has said several times, that we don't want peace from Pakistan ( i.e. bringing talis to negoation table ) but we want to make peace with Pakistan

belarus and ukrain like countries have gaines too much from former soviat union which was no doubt the biggest military giant in the world.the have infrastructure in place and trained manpower we can benefit alote from there experiances.

The China-India maybe the main contender in region but with Pakistan and China joining hands it doesn't remain a contest anymore and that troubles India.
India is never troubled by religious extremism in Pakistan. A terrorist attack in India once in a blue moon does no harm to Indias economy , it actually suits India very well that Pakistan remain a Pariah state. A stable economically strong Pakistan in partnership with China and hence Iran will mean reduced space for India to grow. India can very well start looking east rather than west or CARs.
When dust will settle from this Surgical strike fiasco Pakistan will come out even stronger which will either end with realisation on Indian side to work with Pakistan, China and Russia as part of BRICS and stop trying to milk both The blocks or more likely increased levels of insecurity felt by Modi and Co resulting in further needless escalation and bloodshed.
Both the outcomes will terminate in India not getting what it wants at the moment.
