Suddenly, after the elimination of South Vietnam, you will not admit what Ho Chi Minh said, and then send troops to invade Cambodia and Laos, who is expanding!

The letter had said about 12 mile coastline (to the main land of China) to the sea only. The letter didn't mentioned about Paracel and Spratly.

If they are so weak (Low IQ) according to you then why they are developing so fast at every sector of defense/ science and technology etc etc and why you (VN) consider China as a threat to your country if you thinks you're (VN) so powerful

CN buy tech from Ukraine after Soviet collapse ( pls check their carrier, warplain, missile, tank and see if they have any big different ), not mentioning CN illegaly copied lots of Soviet weapons transferred to VN via CN during VN war.

CN also buy tech from EU-US ( bough oil rig, car tech etc license from EU, US ). Everyone buy that.
