Israel is not going to attack Iran in summer or in winter. In summer the fuel consumption of planes suck and they need more refueling as well as any downed pilot in Iranian desert will be at more risk. In winter the Iranian weather can be harsh too specially in mountains and this is going to be bad for downed pilots. The only good times to attack are in spring and autumn. That is why even US has only attacked Iraq in those kind of weathers. So there will be no attack on Iran at least till October/November. Rest assured.

All that does is push the price of oil up.

I won't be surprised if this some sort of conspiracy by oil companies who get the Pentagon to throw out this nonsense which increases the price of oil.

Israel lacks the ability to attack and destroy Iran's nuclear facilities. The only country on the planet which can destroy Iran's nuclear facilities is the United States and it is no mood to start another war in the region when its winding down the war in Afghanistan.
