well I don't really consider Syria, lebanon etc... as arabs! Even many Lebanese don't consider themselves Arab, they call themselves Phoenicians.
Arabs are Saudis, Egyptians and all these pain in the *** Persian gulf countries.

But now that I think of it I haven't really seen many arab women!
I've only been to one Arab country in my life (UAE) and all the arabs were wearing that thing Afghans wear so I didn't see anything. And I have never watched an arab movie or a music vid either so...
