I don't know, Perhaps we should strap @rockstarIN to the missile and have him confirm that it's a hoax?Nice video , did it hit the target?
As far as capabilities go Brahmos is
Better
A poster doesntnprove anything. Even if I believe you, the brahmos is still a joint venture
the brahmos is a anti ship missile w
what are you trying to prove y showing my that article? im confused
what is it then? its based of the p800 and you cant question that no doubt sure india makes parts for it too as its a joint venture but any major chnage would require the technical expertise of the russains. i assume you mean it can also engage surface targets tooGosh, are you trying to be funny ? That infograph is about Indian LRCM, which is an independent effort to develop a liquid fuel ramjet engine propelled CM, with our own technology.
LFRJ & DFRJ technology is being actively pursued by DRDO & ISRO. Did you thought we will ditch all R&D on that front because of the Russian JV?
Non sense. The Yakhont was an anti ship missile. Not Brahmos.

lolz Brahmos has many variants....Navy uses anti-ship ones, Army uses land attack ones while Airforce to use both variants.what a weird comparison, the brahmos is a anti ship missile whilst the raad is a standoff missile
you could be on to something here, both of them are red
Land variant is there not just Anti ship missile ...
i said the point of comparing the two are pointlessHi dear @Blue Marlin
In my opinion both the missile belong to,two very different class hence a direct comparison isnt really meaningful. Ra'ad is a sub-sonic missile powered by a turbojet. Ra'ad at best can be compared to other air-launched/turbofan/jet powered cruise missiles in indian inventory. However i wish to highlight certain facts pertaining to Ra'ad-For instance the weight of Raad is 1.1 tonnes,as against 1.5tonnes of Nirbhay- only the former can do only 350kms as against 1000+kms of latter. Mind it raad doesnt have a booster!
I tend to think either the design of the missile creates too much drag or the engines are very inefficient! A missile with the weight of Raad should be able to nothing less than 700-800kms!
Go away dumb ***. Likewise India buys tech from Israel and Russia. Whatever India tries to make, never sees sunlight.no pakistan doesnt publicise because pakistan has nothing to show..even china with all secretiveness publicise all the data in form of researche paper & patents but not pakistan .pakistan produce none of these technologies
Pakistan doesn't produce any of these technology.yet many of these are in its missiles thanks to china
1. Thrust vector rocket & TVC booster
2. INS systems(Ring laser, FOG. Not even old MEMS)
3. Navigation control system
4. TERCOM
5. DSMAC/Automatic target recognition
6. Seekers
7. composite
8. RCS(radar cross section) design lab & test bed facility
9. Access to military GPS/Beidou/GLONASS/IRNSS/Galileo
=>Not sure about Chinese Beidou
10. Turbofan engines & actuators

also i hear alot of the time that india has a lot of patents with its tech and pakistan doesn't so does that mean india is technically superior than pakistan? no.......
i think they are taking a leaf out of china's book here and keeping mum on their more important weaponry. and the mods here ensure nothing sensitive is leaked without intention.

i hate reading so im not gonna bother. mind you god knows what them lot are upto over there. also so seem to be under the impression im from pakistan or did i read it wrong.@Blue Marlin
I am amazed you think so! Anyways, ever wondered the quantum of general industrial research taking place in your country pakistan? Please do read up on that- hope the numbers will tell you something?
Thats also not entirely correct these days as china is filling a hell lot of patents these days. You know it is easier to hide one's incompetenies behind the veil of "secrecy".But one must be critical of his/her assesment.
also chinese patents come from unis mainly and are great way to get your self established.
