I hope one of them can be turned into an all-rounder. We really need an all-round pacer. Right now, it's only Mashrafe and he isn't that good of a batsmen and is only good for adding some quick runs.


I feel Shahid isn't going to get a chance in the ODI squad. He will be rather given chances in the Test squad. Rony (Abu Hider) will get his chance given his strong BPL performance and the T20 World Cup coming soon. He probably will be given some experience with the national squad before the 2016 T20 World Cup.

Keep an eye on 17 year old Nazmul Hossain Shanto, a good prospect for a all rounder (can open, big hitter and is a fast bowler) and another left pacer Mehedi Hasan Rana from the current under 19s.
