Basically BD sanghis are munafiq. So well I am convince you are spiting upward.

Right wing ideology , and BAL is based on leftist .
That's too vague.....there are tons of right wing parties in the world....does all of them has some connection with Muslim league?

Anything muslim about Bangladesh itself?
Majority population's religious belief........Mullah group wielding significant power.....Public holiday in most Islamic important days....3 days for each Eid....biggest public holiday.....Office hour reschedule for Ramadan....what more do you want?

.
Really? Explain.

Does Islam teach you to base your political existence on a hoax...or to introspect/openly analyse and always find the truth?

Should the people of such entity meekly accept it too, this dominion over them by crooked agenda ridden elite (simply because they will get prosecuted)?
Islam teaches us to keep state and religion separate from each other unlike other religions....
Stand up against tyrannical leaders and vote for the best among us....

So, according to the PDF poll AL is ahead of BNP. But looks like lots of foul play is going on here. I don't think we have 30 Bangladeshi members here in pdf. :P :P

On a serious note, this whole election will be a complete waste of public money since we already know who will come to the power. A free and fair national election can't be held in Bangladesh without a neutral caretaker government. Al knows it, BNP knows it, even the gullible public knows it. @T-Rex

Voted for AL, simply because I prefer to see Hasina in power one more term, so that we can complete all our critical infrastructure projects that are being undertaken now. This is paramount and no other priority should come above that. If power changes hands now, every single project will be halted/changed/stopped, simply based on the sentiment of revenge - which has been the crux of our politics since inception. We really cannot afford that.

I dont give a rat's arse who gets into power after 2025, its the "same $shit, different day" for us Bangladeshis. The people are fed up and wish to experience progress and a good standard of living. If Hasina can provide that even to an extent before she retires, more power to her.

Islam doesn't teach this , but Christianity does.
Read those Bible verses.
On the other hand sunni Islam isn't theocratic , but there are strong elements of political matter in Islam. Islam is a Deen, so you can't exclud politics totally as politics is the part of life .
However I am not talking about recent political Islam of many hardcore organization s, still Islam can't be completely free from its own political elements .
That's why Islam can't be totally separated from state .

No comment on BD election but Why BAL still uses the word Awami which is a Urdu word?

. . .
Yes Urdu is combination of Arabic, Turkish Hindi and Persian language but question is why this word is still there ?
So what? Bengali language has lots of loan words from foreign languages. Have anybody told u that we hate Arabic, Urdu or Farsi Language?

Bangladeshi bengali is filled with Arabic and Farsi words since we are Muslims. while Indian bengali is filled with more Sanskrit words since they are hindus. I think it's common in South Asia

Good question. I think they just keep it there for historical reasons. Just as a clear reminder of the political history.
