Pakistan has dropped the plan of orchestrating or slightly supporting or even sympathizing with Sikh referendum 2020. This is in accordance with their new strategy of keeping it's hands off and hoping for India's disintegration. Even a diplomatic lip service would result in Indians pointing fingers at them (Pakistanis) for internal problems.
