South of India, is really not happy with North, and this becomes more dangerous when South is more capable.

Pakistan's case is very different from Indian. Pakistani people by nature are harmonious, boisterously-comically friendly and very hospitable to guests, albeit corrupt to the core and indisciplined. That makes them accommodating and assimilative. Even in insurgency hit Balochistan, many people are loyal to the state as exemplified by DESERT FIGHTER and Irfan Baloch. Is it an accident that the only community where a bit - a tad bit - of hatred is seen, consists of immigrants from India?
