Balkanization of India is viable but I don't care

If you go over his posts on Mumbai, I have to say that the amount of detail he provides as a 'Mumbaikar' would be extremely hard for a false flagger to come up with.
You really think that he should be called Indian when he is just continuously abusing Indians on the forum? I would hardly consider him as an India even if he was born in India.
In any case, the forum position is that you address the arguments, not the identity of the person making the argument.
I was addressing his argument before he started calling me Hindutvavadi and gao mutra drinker. Even after that, I didn't abuse him.
There are Indians like Rana Ayub and Arundhati Roy who are very strong critics of India, so you can't claim 'false flag' merely because you strongly disagree with the views presented.
It's also about how your present your views. You can easily notice the contempt in his posts. It's disgusting to say the least. Just look at the post he has tagged me in.

They just raise this false flagger bogey everytime I call them out for their hypocrisies on issues that are real problems in India. Female foeticide is encouraged in Hindu culture because of a preference for male child. As a Hindu, if you're not horrified by that practice, then I consider you a part of the problem.

Also the rampant discrimination against Dalits who in 2020, still prevented from drinking water from the same wells as the upper caste Sanghis.

The roots of all these problems lie in modern day Hindu culture, not religion. I never abuse the religion. That's a huge difference. India's modern day Hindu culture sucks, and that's an uncomfortable truth many Indian posters are unwilling to acknowledge. Because they are hardwired that way.

No real change can ever happen when you're absolutely convinced that your culture is amazing, and anyone calling you out on your hypocrisy is a racist.

India is headed towards a train wreck disaster with Modi in charge.

Modi is just a catalyst or a maybe a harbinger of change for the worst, the deep rooted hatred and animosity, the bigotry as you have mentioned in the post was always there in India related to the culture and rituals, the female infanticide, the Sati, burning of newly wed widows, and caste based racism is huge there against the lower castes and Muslims.

Modi is using that caste based divide and the religious, region based divide and making the most of it, if not for Modi there would have been someone else.

The RSS founding fathers Savarkar, Hedgewar, Golwalkar were the trend setters and pioneers of this supremacist and racist ideology of Hindutva...Modi is a protagonist no doubt, but it runs much deeper in India, needs a miracle of sorts to stop this hatred and bigotry now...and miracles do happen.

Posts that are abusive to other posters etc should be reported. Multiple posts were deleted on this thread, including his.

The only correct part you said is you fail to understand. Is it possible for 250 million south indians to learn another language just to prove their naitonality? in the same land they have lived as kings, tilled the land, built temples - now learn a frigging language called hindi because his language is not even used to pass his laws?

Learning another language is a luxury for most you simpleton. Nobody must be made to compromise his pariticpation in life because he does not know a foreign language. A telugu or tamil or marathi person MUST be fully able to pariticipate in society understand the laws were written for him and his land, have an army whose commands he can understand. India prevents that

As I said before you basically lack the sense of self respect. I dont know how i can teach you that. Tragic case.

How does learning Hindi or English or Spanish prevent us from learning Telugu?

We do have schools which teach in Telugu too but guess what everyone wants to join English medium schools.

We south Indians are known for our intelligence and smartness. We learn what is useful for us in life. Tomorrow if Mandarin becomes popular, people here will be in queue to learn Mandarin.

India was not supposed to be a Hindutva lab experiment. It started out as a secular nation. The founding fathers of India absolutely hated the RSS-Hindutva extremists.

But these practices could not be eradicated in all these years. Now they have all resurfaced with a vengeance, like a serial killer in a psycho movie.

Sometimes I cannot recognize the country I was born and raised in. I do not recognize these people who post on this website under Indian flags. I was there last year itself when Modi romped home with a stunning electoral victory. The place has changed drastically. Religious hatred is out in the open, a lot of people I grew up with have become full-fledged bigots.

I am frustrated because I don't want to become like them.

Oh my god..this guy cant even comprehend the basic thrust of a very simple argument. There is a difference between you leanring multiple languages and being forced to learn to pariticapte in basic law making of country. As i said you will never get. You have smarts to be someone's employees or escape to other countries but no smarts to have a back bone and stand up for a nation which speaks your language and which lets your mother or grandmother have a voice in country's decision making progresses.

There is no force on me to learn any language or for that matter anything. I can just sit at home and never go to any school. India is not China and we are not uyghurs who are mandated to learn Mandarin.

BTW why does a Pakistan Punjabhi learn Urdu?

By law your parliament does not speak you language - you dimwit . That is not force to you ? your army does not speak your language thats not law to you ?
Your plight is worse than uighurs - china does not portray them as "ayyo ayyo" idiot like mahmood in its movies.
I think you are another brahmin trollng here. You lot are cut from the same cloth - you hate your own people. When brits were ruling you used to suck up to them make up the bureacracy - now its delhi. You tolerate the personal degradation for that. Thats how you are - decievers and self decieved.

Regarding urdu in pakistan it is a separate topic. Pakistan adopted urdu there are barely any native speakers of urdu in pakistan. It was a collective sacrifice on part of the country. Now it can be criticized like we criticize any decision made in good faith. I have some thoughts about it.
But its fundamentally different from India where it is imposition of one set of people's heritage on to another set of people.

Note: Those who read why India's balkanization is viable should also read why I don't care.

I am a civilian. I know nothing about security issues - internal or external. But I am the person on ground and I can vouch for the plethora of inter-community dislike or animosity. Why, I have read that even the cadets of that sacred institution - whose objective is to protect the country - the magnificent NDA, practice provincialism. The senior cadets often befriend and spare the juniors the ragging if they hail from their own state.

This is an incomplete list of who hates/dislikes whom and other subversive elements in India:

* Hindus hate Muslims and vice versa

* Negligible hate between Hindus and Christians but mixing of the rituals of the two religions and Hindu-Christian marriage are a taboo

* In some rural regions of Hindi belt the caste violence is so intense that entire families are wiped out including children

* The numbers of tribals - who serve as cannon fodder in naxalite groups - is high. They are a great destabilizing factor.

* Northies hate Southies and vice versa

* A percentage of Maharashtrians dislike bhaiyyas of UP and Bihar

* A percentage of Maharashtrians dislike/hate Kannadigas

* Kannadigas hate almost everyone else and vice versa

* Tamilians hate almost everyone else

* A percentage of Keralites hate Kannadigas

* Northies find Telugu speaking people (both from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) particularly disgusting and nauseating and have given them jocular names

* Many states in North East - with the exception of Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and nowadays hopefully Assam - hate mainland India

* Mainland Indians don't necessarily hate North East Indians but have a strong dislike and aversion to them and discriminate against them due to their Mongoloid features

* Goans are a special kind of idiots. They brawl with domestic tourists from all over the country but suck up to Whites and allow their nudity.

* Silver lining is nobody hates Sikhs and Sikhs hate nobody. Khalistan is history.

India also has two or three powerful enemies with whom it shares very long borders. But this situation is not an unusual case. In fact everywhere in the world balkanization process is ignited by foreign hand only.

One factor that works against the balkanization of India is the docility of South Indians. For balkanization, probably the entire populace should be of rebellious and perhaps a bit boisterous nature.

Why I don't care about India's fate?

Earlier I would root for singlehanded Indian victory over multiple external and internal enemies like Pakistan, China, USA, naxalites, Bangladesh etc. I would wonder if India is good enough to win and follow this "game". It would take exceptional intellect to prevent a tinderbox like India from inflaming. If one is able to hold India together like the British did, it would be nothing short of a work of a genius.

But I have had a bad experience with a genius. I was disappointed. Ever since, I have a dislike for geniuses. An explanatory paragraph:

I hate geniuses. I hate scientists, mathematicians, chess champions, prodigious engineers, prodigious economists and other technical prodigies. Earlier when I hadn't met one (or thought that I hadn't) I guessed being in the company of a genius would be riveting, thrilling, exciting etc. Like watching 1978 movie ‘Don’, reading the entertaining excerpts of the novel 'One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich' (by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn), listening to great music etc. I had incorrectly thought that their presence is something worth looking forward to in life. But the reality really seems to be different. Now I know the feel of a company of a genius may be no better than workplace banality. I had presumed meeting a genius would be fun. But meeting with genius turned out to be an ordinary experience. It was not much pleasure.

It's very painful. If the best of humankind are boring, then is there anything to look forward to?

Since then, I am past caring. I stopped bothering about whether the establishment pulls the challenging feat off or whether they fail. The moment I think of the actuality of geniuses I instantly lose interest in the games of international politics.
