Take a bowl and mix well with beef parches, all spices and ingredients. Leave this cuisine now for two to three hours.
Now put my net done meat on skivers and bbq. Or you can bake or fry if you want. Serve hot bhari boti with salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Green pepper pcs (long finely chopped)
Oil as needed
Sesame oil, a tea spoon

Cooking Directions
First wash the undercut tissue thoroughly and put one meal spoon of white vinegar, one meal spoon of soy sauce, salt, sugar, corn floor, black pepper and BBQ sauce for ten to fifteen minutes.
Now add a little grease in the frying pan and put the spicy herbs apart and dry their own water.
Then heat the grill pan and put some grease on it and spread the dried herbs.
Put them in a serong dish when they are well on both sides.
Now heat a spoon of oil in a frying pan and add green pepper, soy sauce, white vinegar and salt and fry the strer.
Then put on the ready herbs.
Add sesame oil and make it hot.

BBQ Beef Chili

Ingredients

Beef undercut pieces ½ kg
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Green chilies 10 (sliced)
Oil as required
Sesame seed oil 1 tsp





Cooking Directions
Wash undercut meat and marinate it with 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, salt, sugar, corn flour, black pepper and BBQ sauce for 15 minutes.
Put the meat in the frying pan separately and cook it.
When the water dries then slightly grease the grilling pan and put the meat in it.
Stir fry green chilies along with 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and salt in the frying pan.
Put these stir fried chilies in the grilling pan, on the beef.
Add in sesame seed oil and serve it hot.

Tasty Lamb Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:


Lamb 1 kg (small pieces)
Lamb fats 250 gm
Onion 1 large (grind with ginger and garlic paste)
Ginger paste 3 tbsp
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Sour yogurt 300 - 400 gm
Salt 2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper (freshly crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin (toasted and crushed) 2 tsp
Green chillies (thickly sliced and 3 whole) 8
Oil 3 tbsp
Coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Cooking Directions:


Add onion, ginger and garlic paste, lamb, salt, fats and required water in a pan. Cover and cook on low flame for 35 minutes or till lamb is cooked through. Increase flame and cook till all the water has dried. Decrease flame and mix in oil and beaten yogurt. Increase flame again and cook till curry thickens. Add in cumin, black pepper and whole green chilles.

Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes or till fats separate. Mix in sliced green chilles, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

Tip: You can omit black pepper, if you want a complete salty lamb karahi (Namkeen Dumba Karahi).

Beef Shami Kabab Recipe

Ingredients


Beef 1 kg
Gram lentils ½ kg
Whole all spice 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Talhar chilli 5 (whole)
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Onions 3 chopped (medium)
Green chillies 8 chopped
Fresh coriander 3 bunches chopped
Oil 1 cup
Water as required
Egg 3 (beaten)

Cooking Directions


Take the beef, gram lentils, whole all spice, salt and 4 cups of water and bring it to boil.
Now add talhar chilli, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and half of the onions.
Cook on low heat until the meat and lentils are tender.
If there is any excess water, dry it by turning the heat up.
Take the cooked mixture in a stone mortar and pound till it becomes smooth.
Mix in the rest of the onions, green chillies and fresh coriander.
Take a hand full of the ground mixture and shape it into a small round patties.
Do the same for the rest of the mixture.

Lightly dip each patty into the beaten eggs.

Fry to a deep golden brown.Serve hot.
