If our delayed 3-5 Billion from US would be released , which was expense reimbursement then yes we can conclude the Doctrine has returned some value and the process of understanding has been established
The none release of funds for our expenses has left a negative impact in in general people's minds
Specially since Rad-Ul-Fassad and Rad-Ul-Corruption operations helped dismental RAW operative networks who were involved in Terrorist activites in Pakistan
The F16 cancelled deal was actually done after US had killed Pakistani Troops on western frontier by Airstrike (Acknowledgement of mistake was made and apology was issued when Nawaz Sharif visited Obama and F16 deal was announce), which was a massive strategical blunder which changed preception drastically in Pakistan. Obviously close to delivery time the funding was again halted because their government changed. While this may appear just as a minor financial transaction however in greater context of mutual respect for your colleagues this was quite a negative experience
The launch of Bajwa Doctrine , as writer state perhaps is just a reflection of the highly disappointing preception established after these two notable incidences. Donald Trumps Rehtoric has just further damaged the relations due to his lack of expereince in dealing with international matters. He is only a real estate person
Every one in Pakistan is behind Pakistan Army and Parliment in asserting idea of respecting the contributions made by Pakistan first in this deadly war.
These are all various Sacrifices Pakistani people have made in last 40 year and not to mention housing 15,000,000 (15 Million Refugees)
If perhaps US Senate desires , Pakistan can compile a study conducted by a reputed third party to document our Lossed in this Endless effort. So that their Senators can sit down one day and actually be aquainted with fact and realities. Majority of US rehtoric comes from reading their news paper which hardly ever states fact and figures from Losses suffered by Pakistan
You know folks like Senetor John McCain would come to Pakistan and say thank you privately because they are aware of ground realities but really it is up to US acknowlege our contribution we already have made and understand our point of view. And really some effort is neede on part of US Senate or Paliment to get a well rounded honest understanding of our Losses and our contribution for last 40 years , we likely have suffered more loses then Egypt , more losses then may be Israel , more loses then even Kuwait which went under a war

Terrorism in our backyard won't be tolorated
There is a reason why US has loss support on General matters from allies like Turkey & Pakistan, and 100% it was due to bad management , bad tracking and internal political matters in US politics which has no connection to ground realities
