Part of Bahriya town pindi/Islamabad was build on land that was once owned by my family. Land worth Billions today. Malik Riaz is new in the list of these crooks.I don’t own any property their. My father wasted lot of money in court system (Before BT), only to find out judge is being bribed. He even Mentioned one guy, whose lawyer was Advocating against his client after getting bribed by other party. Malik riaz is just gaming the already Croupt system. Like the saying goes, don’t hate the player, hate the game.

Unless it is proven by courts - there is not conclusive evidence

• Typically if you own your Land Documents , and these are legitimate , these are easily understood by courts and records can be checked for ownership and land transfer

Even my mother told me story , well when Pakistan was formed some land was allocated and it was lot of agricultural land but we lost track of some relatives in villages after the elders died and we have no clue what happened to the land

Like I said, way before Malik Riaz or or BT, land has been sold and resold many times now. I am not in court to present evidence. Back in the day, registery of land were just a piece of Paper. Can be canceled with some bribes and fake documents.
