That’s how it was, come and take it. There wasn’t any registry in heavens for every land.

Unfortunately this is not sufficient proof or evidence

Example: Our family owned land , and such and such now it is worth Billions
Unless it is proven by courts - there is not conclusive evidence

• Typically if you own your Land Documents , and these are legitimate , these are easily understood by courts and records can be checked for ownership and land transfer

Even my mother told me story , well when Pakistan was formed some land was allocated and it was lot of agricultural land but we lost track of some relatives in villages after the elders died and we have no clue what happened to the land

I was nice story , but it does not explains how to get the land share if any

Btw I still remember visiting some lush green mountains in AK, Which back than, according to my father and relative is our paternal land, but I Can bet, if I go back Now, my dad extended relative would have divided and already laid claim to everything.

What I hate most is the use of eiffel tower and other countries monuments.
Can't they make our own landmarks, or have to make these cheap replicas.

The amount of corryption he did for this is humongus. He destroyed multiple villages with the help police.
Diverted Karachi water supply to Bahria.
Sold land he didnt even bought.
Boight land from malir in exchange of land in Balochistan ...

b) Massive successful projects across Pakistan , Lahore , Rawalpindi and Karachi


However , some people feel his success is tainted

• However , not considering that Thousand of Happy Customers use his Housing Scheme and are 100% Happy Clients
• People can't grasp the scope of the project he is doing , he is building mini cities inside Pakistan with Top notch architecture
• If he was a crook people would not have bought his homes in large numbers
• No Court in Pakistan has stopped Mr Malik's business

So far there are only allegation, with no court cases which have proven otherwise


Untill the courts say so , Malik Riaz is a Successful Prominent Entrepreneur a Success Story

Sir u should follow the court cases.

Firat of all alot of client who paid him got nothing as he sold him the property in karachi while he had no land. Now people inclhding one of my friend ia waiting for refund or adjustment somewhere since almost half a year.

Supreme court declared that he purchased the land fraudently and have penalized him Rs. 450 billion in case if bahria karachi only. Other cases are still under hearing.

Not penalized , it is called negotiated settlement a fair agreement between Government / Business to resolve pending differences

• Normally when a land is purchased once , the price is final at the than agreed upon price

The Courts , in their opinion changed the rules based on success of the Project which is against the principles of normal trade , however Mr Malik still went the way of reconciliation


Example:
If I find a land in middle of deserted area , the price would be lower so If I buy that land the price would be lower , after 20 years , the price will increase

No one can demand more money from me after 20 years for such occurance




The Government officials woke up only after he developed the Land , it is ethically wrong to demand more money
