two kind of corruption, one is not build it and run with money and screw the buyers...a short sighted corruption.
Then there is a 2nd kind which Malik Riaz is doing, grab land from corrupt govt and poor villagers by force, give a house to corrupt politicians and screw the poor villagers, take power and water from the rest of the city and use it to water your lawns and light up your street...this is corruption as an enterprise which keep taking and taking.

A very thoughful post , leg pulling is not ideal of Malik Riaz had been doing a fantastic job with his projects

I suggest all of the old Karachi near sea is also bought back by Government and sold to new bidder like Malik Riaz to redevelop the property and roads

Old Karachi Areas are like Ghettoes
All these ugly motor cycles

Instead of this trashy look , the modern city look is ideal
Wide roads, lot of parking space , and proper spacing between big building complexs

Look a properly designed business commercial plaza , by Bahria Town how odd it must be for folks to see this in Pakistan
