We know that Persian language indeed has influenced Azerbaijani Turkish (as Oghuz Turks become influenced by Persians since Seljuqs), aswell other Turkic languages, but the influence of Turkic, in particular the influence of Azerbaijani (or its proper name "Turki") language on Persian is ignored.

Some examples, if you guys have some, add them please. The total number of Azerbaijani words that has entered Persian is estimated to be around 1200.

Tuğ: Battle standard (if I'm not mistaken, nowadays the muharram ceremonial flags in Iran is called "Tugh", which seems to be a Safavid connection)
Qoşun: Military troop/force
Dustaq: Captive
Otaq: Room (originally "tent")
Ocaq: Oven
Qayıq: Boat
Soraq: News
Ovqat: Mood

PS: This is not a troll thread, so please do not ruin it.

Whats wrong with this thread? I'm sure you never knew that "Otaq" was a non-Persian word. Does not hurt to learn new things.

I'm sorry, but we know how these threads end, like tens of similar threads in past.

We do know the influence our cultures have had on each other,This is ME and all people and cultures have influenced one another.
We have tried it dozens of times in past to debate in civilized way,all failed.Better stay out of cultural and historical debates until we learn to do it properly.Especially on this forum.
