I don't think engines from US are a problem, Azerbaijan uses Cummins engines in its locally produced MRAPs

The only major arms deal that was signed between US-Turkey was the Blackhawk production in Turkey and the acquisitions of chinooks in the last 10 years. We're waiting on reaper and predator purchase to pass/approval of congress since 2007.

I have doubts if they will even sell F-35's, even though orders have been made for couple.
