Featured Azerbaijan Armenian War

What good will do that? The coalition burns billions fighting men in slippers and hiding in caves. Theirs just no solid objective and their ground forces are incompetent as well.

Change of tactics will emerge soon enough breaking the houthis completely because they haven't really approached them with intention as of yet and kinda just keep them their under siege without burning alot of money is there current tactics but if they commit to this they can bring all the population centers down but that is not the goal. They have to come in hard on Yemen without mercy but they will never apply such tactics they are soft hearted towards these houthis or the Yemeni people in general but soon enough you will see that enough is enough will emerge as the Houthis will attempt to carry terrorist attacks on saudi soil putting pressure on the leadership there to deal with them once and for all. In all honestly with some serious intention within few months they can be put to an end

Theirs like 10 Arab nations + non-Arab nations involved since last 6 years how much more time they need to change tactics? Flying jets and bombing costs more than Ak-47 and a cave with no running water etc. If this isn’t commitment from GCC I don’t know what else is, and as I’ve said before and multiple videos of this conflict shows the incompetence of Arab armies.

The UAE pulled out and their parade was embarrassing to watch.

If money could only buy competence and skills.

I don't think it's about competence it's about intention because if there is no Intention then nothing gets done. Without intention there is no motivation or cause you see? They are delusional populace who don't even know why they are in Yemen. So it's quite clear they don't want to commit and basically majority of it is only a civil war with Saudi-UAE bombing the Houthis freely but I can guaraantee you they ain't leaving Yemen not tomorrow or ever

I wouldn't say air power is everything, though it certainly is important.

Israel learned that the hard way in Lebanon, when they tried to launch an air campaign against Hezbollah, and failed to achieve any objects. Hezbollah merely changed tactics to counter Israel's unchallenged air superiority, until the Israelis were forced to launch a ground offensive.

Similar situation in Yemen, where the air campaign launched by Saudi Arabia, and its coalition partners failed to achieve any real military objectives. Once again, KSA and its coalition partners were forced to launch ground operations to stop the Houthi offensive against government forces.

Air power can only do so much; if you dont have any ground troops to secure the areas that were bombarded, the enemy will simply come back to reclaim those areas.

Essentially, once air superiority is established, air power becomes another form of artillery strikes. It's used to soften up the targets for an eventual ground offensive, like Pakistan did in Swat against the TTP. Pakistan used the falcon drones, along with the JF-17s to find and bombard TTP targets, such as hideouts, ammo depots, bomb factories...etc. once that was done, the army moved SSG to secure key areas, and regular infantrymen to clear out the rest of the valley, and regain complete control.

Getting back to Armenia, while Azerbaijan's drones have done a lot of damage to Armenian armor, and stationary targets, Armenia is still deeply dug in, and these strikes haven't done much to counter Armenia's terrain advantage. Armenia still controls the mountains and hills, so Azerbaijan is literally and figuratively fighting an uphill battle.

The Kargil skirmish between India and Pakistan shows just how deadly having the high ground can be, once a military forces is deeply entrenched. Pakistan, with a few thousand soldiers fought off tens of thousands of Indian soldiers, and India's air strikes did very little to weaken Pakistani positions. This coming weeks will see Azerbaijan and Armenia fighting potentially dozens of kargils, where Azerbaijan will have the numbers advantage and air superiority (like India had), and Armenia with its field advantage (like Pakistan had).
Air power use without troops acheive nothing

But air power in combination of ground troops will crash anyone in CONVENTIONAL warfare(not an insurgency)

Point is armenia underestimated azeris air power

What blood ties? Original Turks have C3 gene, Mongolian have 1/4 C3 gene, Kazakhstani have more than 1/4 C3 gene, Turkish have less than 5% C3 gene.
They seem to forget the central asians speak russian, are in military pact with russia, look chinese and don't see themselves as Turks rather Kazahs, uzbeks etc. They will be integrated into China/Russia in due time.

It's pure desperation on your behalf. They are Turks and will remain that! Uzbeks, Kazaks, Turks, Azeris, Turkmens, etc etc they share Cultural, Religion, Language and blood ties. Integrated? What does that even mean? They are sovereign nations? Who speak Turkic language and everything turkic

@Char

No they are not closely related to China but they are distant cousins with the Koreans who themselves are
Altaic people but no close relations with China genetically, cultural or language

The sanctions completely made the Ruble crash it went from 35 Rubles for 1 USD in 2014 to 75.66 Rubles for 1 USD in September 2020. This is a direct result of Sectroal Sanctions that the US imposed (SSI Sanctions). It primarily focused on 4 economic sectors of the Russian economy where it limits the debt issuance to entities that operate in these sectors. This pushed a lot of foreign corporations away, their investments and many cooperative projects between Gazprom, Lukoil, etc. and western corporations. In addition to the Sectoral Sanctions, the US also imposed list based sanctions targeting entities and individuals who are directly or indirectly involved in the annexation of Crimea and the ongoing conflict in Eastern Ukraine. Finally, Crimea as a peninsula is completely sanctioned (territorial) and blocked from the US dollar, SWIFT, etc.

I know this because I worked in compliance back in 2014-2017, I worked on this stuff everyday. The sanctions are far reaching and did tremendous damage.

If Russia annexes Azerbaijan expect a regional war and 2x worse sanctions on the RF than the current programs.

That was Obama-Biden. And heavy sanctions still did not work to force putin to give up Eastern Ukraine and Crimea.

putin does not care if average Russians are suffering, Russia is being looted by Western capitalists and putin does not care about average Russia, putin only cares about neo-nazi nationalist movement.

Biden would continue the anti-putin sanctions agenda because biden is neo-liberal and they are frenemies of neo-nazis. A trump 2nd term is more confrontational with China, more friends with putin. trump would not get in the way of annexation. They're on the same side in terms of factions.

putin nearly admits to wanting to invade Azerbaijan if Azerbaijan invades Armenia. Or as I stated, if there is some civilian massacre. putin can't move into Azerbaijan now without severe repercussions, a wait and see approach is the strategy.

Sorry they are culturally nothing to do with Turks. They have Russian names, they speak Russian, They have military pact with Russia and they look Chinese from when China ruled transoxiana. They are far more closer to China and Russia then with westernised Turks. Turks dont even share a border with Central Asia so there is nothing they can do to influence central asians where as china and Russia share large borders.

Your argument is BS. Israel has Military pact with the US and they speak english does that make them Americans or Denmark has military pact with the US does that make us Americans and we speak english. That is some weak sauce argument you got there mate. A persons identity will always remain. A han chinese is a han chinese, a Turk is a turk and the same goes to everyone else. Don't try to get it twisted. They are allies with Turkey and they speak the same language, Religion, blood ties and cultural ties. It's deep shit that can't be undone or re-written by superfacial alligance. It doesn't mean these nations will not trade with China/Russia or any other nation such as the US, Saudi etc etc and share close diplomatic friendship which is normal but don't get it twisted

Sounds like total crap to me. When Central Asians say they are turks, decide to stop speaking Russian, Decide to stop using Russian last names, Decide to stop looking Chinese (more blood ties to Chinese than Turks), decide to tear up its military pact with Russia (has no military pact with Turkey btw) and decide to stop allowing Chinese and Russian leaders to put their own leaders as presidents then we can talk.

Until then keep barking and trolling till the cows come home.

You are high on something strong but I don't know what drug it is but come down to earth and smell the cafe. China has no fucking say whatsoever except within it's own border and not to forget china is an isolationist nation. They just got back Hong Kong and don't even have Taiwan yet. They have zero to say politically in central Asia let alone in Taiwan.

Russia didn't want to do anything with these folks and after the soviet fall. They speak Russia because it's close to them but their first language is turkic and culture. They are more Turkic then Russians. They are also Muslim not to forget this changes everything. Where have you seen muslims wanting to be like Russians or Chinese? that is bollocks because they have their own identity. Just stop will ya! stop embarrasing yourself further
