Sure,,, we all do wrong at some level, and some cross the line. Then there are some professions where least negligence is required like Aviation, Surgery, Security, etc,

There is a major calculus here that IK / PTI is missing. They are asking the people (Bajwa) for help, who are the ones run this entire episode. You are giving them space to manuover. Remove their space. Start calling a spade a spade. Point out that the Pakistan Army is under siege. That PTI is here to break the chains on this Army. That we want this army to prosper and succeed. PTI has to create space between rank and file and the few generals on the top. Not all generals. A few, who have brought this army and its brand to the bottom. Otherwise PTI by giving these men some honor and space, will just allow these very men space to create an environment where they'll come over the top and take reigns either directly or indirectly.

Either PTI and IK will make the whole army subservient to Civil government there or it won't be able to .
To do this, needs ideological reset , which if happens will achieve what you are saying.

One may not separate generals at top with those below them , for those who are at a lower position too have their own ambitions. About what they want once they get the top jobs .
