Deceased Abijeet was not innocent. He was a troublemaker and was involving killing in US soil(just found out). If Hindu can find happiness when Indian backed Awami kill Islamic oriented people in Bangladesh then how is it wrong for Bangladeshi Muslim to find relief when an Awami thug get killed by the act of their own making?

Avijit, 45, was hacked to death and his wife Rafida Ahmed Bonna, 35, was seriously injured at Dhaka University campus on Thursday night
BNP has strongly condemned and protested the killing of blogger Avijit Roy.

Salahuddin Ahmed, party's joint secretary general, made the condemnation in a press statement issued on Saturday afternoon.

The party has demanded trial of the killers of the Bangladesh-born US citizen following a proper investigation.

Salahuddin also strongly criticised the government for failing to provide security for its people as the killing took place where the law enforcers were deployed.


“The government has failed to ensure security for the people,” reads the statement.


“We strongly condemn and protest the killing of Avijit Roy,” said the BNP leader.


Meanwhile, the US, the UK, the EU and the UN have condemned the killing.

Avijit, 45, was hacked to death and his wife Rafida Ahmed Bonna, 35, was seriously injured in an attack by unidentified assailants near the TSC area of Dhaka University on Thursday night.

The ongoing movement will continue until the demand – to hold the election under non-party administration – is met, he added.
