Pakistani uncles are sleeping. Our military also needs better modern wheeled and tracked APCs. The old battle taxi concept os quite old. These days both tanks and APCs are exposed to ATGMs and it would be better for both the tanks and APCs to be able to suppress enemy before troops dismount. Then continue to provide some fire support.

My opinion at least could be wrong.
