Karabakh problem should be solved by the two countries of Armenia and Azerbaijan, not any other country. If they reach a deal, then it's done.

I already said above that foreign countries should persuade these 2 countries to sit and talk, not dictating their own terms or saying that Azerbaijan/Armenia MUST do this or that.
