I have personally lived in Asia so I can say this with a bit of authority.
Western men are getting sick of this "I am a woman hear me roar" nonsense
A women makes just as much money as a man does yet a Man is still expected to pay for dates but her things and treat her like a flower. However, if the man asks her to make him a meal.... well she's a modern woman who does not have to put up with his aggression.

Asian women tho... they are still more traditional in the sense that they will gladly cook you a meal and take care of you.

So western men can't get that at home so they get it from Asian women.

Mate weak men complain, Be the authority and do let her know nobody in this friggin world could press you [men] under their thumb but give her the respect.

Not True, I know A Canadian who went to indonesia married a woman brought her here after couple of years lost interest but during that time he met other women and finally they divorced but that asian women got little as settlement.

There is a point why can't man walk into the kitchen and make something for himself or both ready dinner together atleast. Dude I even prepare breakfast for my family sometimes before I run to work or together prepare things for dinner when I am not so busy that way good time is spent with family.

@Rusty, I understand your situation brother, having witnessed a messy divorce early on with my oncle's familie but damn the almony is pretty ridiculous, I mean seriously raising a child does not require $250,000 dollars a year and he only gets partial custody. Something is definitely wrong with our system here, I don't know the exact problem but our court system has to change so the monsieur have some rights and not all man are physically or verbally abusive in my opinion as the stereotype goes for divorced men!

If you really want to test it, I challenge you to call the police and say that that your wife hit you, see who they take into jail, you or her.

I don't want to go into details, first know the woman enough before deciding on marrying her, get in writing from her/video evidence that if she wants to file divorce this video will be shown to the court that she doesn't want anything [it is called "use your brain"], you do that trust me either she'll marry you or refuse you. Well then don't marry my friend you're gonna need a good companion when you reach 50's 60's then you will remember your mama found a girl for you and you were so arrogant.

I think it's an individual choice. It mainly depends on your financial status and also finding the right person. Personally I think the ideal time to get married is 28-32 for guys and 24-28 for girls. But ultimately to each their own.
