I would blame our Pakistanis (not Pakistanis at all) more than Afghans for being anti-state. Look at the media cell operators with thousands of bot profiles generating hate comments everywhere to confuse the masses, spread fake news and propaganda and their anti-state slogans to further a political agenda. Afghan or Indian propaganda is less damaging than our own political haramkhors like tameem on PDF.
