'Annex part of Bangladesh' commented by a Former Indian cabinet minister

Ofcourse I realised you were being sarcastic...I do follow your posts and I do like some them, but I had to clarify to the Bdeshis whose blood pressure seems to running high.

Noting to get mad about just my opinion the brits should have taught they former colonies some humor we certainly did however they left the Indian subcontinent in quiet a mess today, my opinion they should have continued the Raj until 2011 ;)

. .
I dont think Brits are to be blamed for that, maybe it is in our blood or culture...

The Brits as much as you disagree probably were holding the place together. who knows I once read a quote from a British general of the Raj that said they couldn't control the musalman, Brahman and others from tearing each other apart.

What a fictitious lie from the Brits! It was the British who renewed religious/ethnic tensions by implementing the 'divide and conquer' strategy.

Are you sure or is it you have a hatred for your former colonist ? Because when the Brits left everyone attacked each other I would agree with them on this, anyway 4 wars 1 resulted with genocide and nuclear armed, British Raj > India Pakistan Bangladesh.

No, it's not my hatred of the British.

It was the British who armed the various feudal lords with Western weapons to fight among one another after the East India Company was established. This gave them unconditional rule. Remember, the Mughals never actually saw guns before the Brits landed.

This renewed trend in ethnic/religious tensions has been continuing during the 300 year British rule. And that's partly why Pakistan was created.
