Turks are a proper people by themselves, but ignorant people wants to associate falsely to mongolia and greece just because this countries has invaded Turkey on the past.

I want to extend so much, but mongolians also reach to Irak and Syria and even Egypt (see timurids, timor i lan, hulaghu,...), they are mongolian countries also? of course not.

I said before the only relation of uyghurs is because they are muslim they think are closest to turk culture and minset that han chinese.

1- Anatolian Turks are mostly from Oghuz-Yaghu state, Khazar empire and Pecheneg,Avar,Bolgars... Only Central asian-Mongols in Anatolia was from İlkhanate empire

2- DNA tests dont show your ethnicy but mainly the region you are from.. There is no Greek,Armenian or Turkic DNA.. Since most Turks was already come to Anatolia from Balkans,Caucasia and North-East Iran.. İt is normal to have less Central asian DNA

3- Turkic İdentity is linguistic not ethnic based.. Both caucasian looking Turk and slant eyed Kazakh can call themself Turkic.. Just like how both brown spanish and blonde nordic can call themself European

4- Azeri Turks are more nationalist than Anatolian Turks.. I suggest Song Hong to go to Baku and tell them that they are Iranian.

The real Turk cousin are Azerbaijani. Unfortunately the mainstream Azerbaijani love Iran very much and chose to convert to Shia, and chose to serve Persian empire

Culture and language means more than pure genetics (as long as you can phenotypically blend into the society you're assimilated in)

Take someone from one ethnicity, assimilate him entirely into a regional ethnicity and his loyalties will change.
