Born in France in the late 1980s, Parkour is a fast-growing sport based on free-form urban acrobatic movements that developed from military obstacle course training.
The goal is to get from one point to another in the most efficient way possible without using any form of help besides your own body. The moves in Parkour involve a fast-paced mix of running, jumping, and gymnastic rolls and vaults to get around or over urban obstacles. Today the sport has gained a foothold in Iran as young men and women perform the daring leaps and flips on the streets of Tehran.

Good french action movie, I first came across this free running in the opening scene of Casino royale, it seemed so original and breathtaking. If I was a bit younger I would probably give it a try, no doubt I would receive a few bruises lol.kudos

you missed this one??
