Exactly what we had been hearing for the last decade for Maha SU30MKI.

The Rafael might be able to perform like the Starfighter, but the big difference would be that the Thunder Block 3 would be ready and capable enough to take the shine out of the Indian starfighter on its own or as a team with fighting Falcons. Rafael ain't any magical aphrodisiac that can give magical powers to the "deprived" gender.
