Already discussed here before. It is a bad investment. No TOT, the missile container is sealed and disposable and not re-usable, If the VOSEL unit goes blink, the entire system fails at the time of firing, each sealed missile comes from Spain filling pockets of the manufacturer and the local agent, the system was purchased hurriedly on proprietary basis, ALCOTAN offers no special advantages over RPG-7 in range, RPG-7 equipped with a similar range finding and ballistic calculating sight from a company in Belarus is more cost effective and lethal, ALCOTAN missiles are heavier to carry by the Infantyrman, etc

Any other option under consideration such as Belorussian option as you suggested.

Two projectiles are available for the weapon:

• The TBG-29V thermobaric anti-personnel round.
• The PG-29V anti-tank/anti-bunker round has a tandem-charge HEAT warhead for defeating explosive reactive armor (ERA). This warhead is standardized with that of the PG-7VR round fired by the RPG-7V rocket launcher.[10] The comprises two charges—an initial small charge triggers any reactive armor. If ERA or cage armor is absent, this charge strikes the main armour. Behind the primary charge, a much larger secondary shaped charge bursts at the rear of the initial warhead and projects a thin, high-speed-jet of metal into the armour compromised by the first charge. They been used by Hizbullah againest Israeli Armour successfully.

rpg 30 is better choice if you want to defeat modern active protection systems like trophy.it fires two rockets with bit of interval.smaller rocket which is fired first will distracts the APS and main warhead hits the tanks while APS reloads

The manufacturer INSTALAZA has asked three times for amendment in the contract calling to change the claimed accuracy of the sold weapon system but the Army has rejected to change its accuracy requirements. A high level delegation currently in Spain for further talks

The trials have been successful, and weapon is being fielded.
