Why do we even need a HALE UAV?

More maintenance cost, more fuel consumption, possibly less accurate vision and targeting.

Nothing can already hit ANKA's right now from that altitude.

It is designed to be not hit by Manpads only.

There was already a annoucement a couple of weeks ago that 10-12 Ankas are in use, plus the other versions for testing it can easily already be the 19th.

Today American Global Hawk has flied over Ukraine at 16km altitude Donbass border .It is second time American strategic drones flied over Ukraine near to Russia.

How you know that, so far we have tested anka in our borders. im sure it can be detected easily and get hit by other countries in the region. Hale class uavs(global hawk) able to fly over 50K feet. Only some counties can detect and hit it. So We need it

I meant PKK terrorists, not other countries.

But yes you are right about other countries being able to shoot them down.
