The clock arrest was agitprop. The kid was encouraged to do something that someone knew would be seen as a provocative act. American Blacktivists do this kind of thing all the time as well.
If he were serious about being an engineer, he would go to one of the many prominent engineering schools in the US instead of moving to a country whose only business is exporting terrorism. That is what i have been told about the American value by there media and support groups. Either they were wrong and the real situation is bleak or the involved party have the right to make there case. This is the simple thing i have been pointing so so i will cut all other details for now.

So let him,,, why the verdicts like "he already have gained more from this harassment in terms of 15 minute of fame/shame" or that "the authorities have other important things to do then to serve justice" My debate have been against that not against what was done nor in support of how the events progressed. It is these aggressive statements that make one doubt that the whole stories that are being told about the freedom and justice and all were just that,, stories.
Anyway,, i guess we now agree that the system will allow him to sue, (your opinion is that he will lose that i respect) and that the initial aggressive statements were not what true world famous American spirit of justice (for everyone) and freedom is.

Firstly, are these statements coming from the authorities or the courts ?
Secondly, it's not exactly a right. I mean the court decides whether to take the case or not because many times the case is not serious at all...and they don't want to waste resources on non-sense issues. But this one might go through and then he'll lose (I hope).
