He has a fair chance to prove his complaint on whether his rights were violated or whether he was discriminated against in any way. The school district and the police will have a fair chance in proving their side of the issue. The verdict will be correct, whatever it will end up being. If there are any changes to policies highlighted, they will be carried out. The complainant will get his justice too.
