Its not about adopting other nationalities which is common
Its about bad mouthing Pakistan every now and then to prove his loyalty toward new adopted home. He was well known singer in Pakistan and many pakistani singers are working for bollywood without leaving Pakistani nationality but adnan is traitor and person of low character

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is a top singer who's working for Bollywood but he's not begging Indians to give him projects by being a traitor. He knows he's one of the best and he will get work because of his talent.

Adnan Sami Khan's only talent is perhaps how good traitor he can be. This will give him work in Bollywood.
