Lets say Pakistan takes action against JUD and jails their leader. Then what? Hafiz Saeed will continue to operate. All the JUD soldiers will go join any other newly developed organisation. Pakistan cannot jail all the JUD personnel since they have not done any thing wrong on Pakistani soil. Lets say we close down all the Jihadi organisation and put their leaders in Jail. Then what? What if they start operating without name?
The solution is not that simple. The only sustainable solution is that Indian recognises that Kashmir is a problem for them and let kashmiris decide what they want. Otherwise the Mujahideen will continue to bleed india through thousand cut whether you disband JUD, LET or JEM or not or even kill or jail their leaders.

The big question is why should we ban legitimate jihadi organizations that are in coherence with isi and work for the army, maybe we should ban the pak army too cause its a muslim jihadi force too by that defination, we dont answer to west do we, we have to answer to Allah only and for us jihad is the way of pure justice, those traitor organization that play into the hands of foreign intelligence agenices under the fake cover of jihad to destroy pakistan must all be vaporized but true jihadi organization can never be banned here cause that would go against the belief of all pakistan, organizations that provide manpower for kashmir struggle are a national asset...

American sanctions affect entire economy even if you do not import/export to America..to start with..US Dollar is a large part of global trade...many supplier of crude, fuel, aircraft maintenance, etc will not want to do business with you...you will be cut of from the international capital and insurance markets..which are largely dominate by US..look at what has been made of Iran with total disconnect from US..the country did not go anywhere..and the mullahs are desperate to renew releations with US...

to add insult to injury..Pakistan largest trading partners including China are heavily integrated economically with the US..and therefore..US sanctions would take a bite into everything..

Actually Kashmir become a tool for everyone. You might be like it or not.. If a political leader get into mud like corruption or facing some political problem, best way to divert attention is Kashmir.. Then blame India. Am not sure why some people here try to bring slums or insult India by showing china.. Definitely china is far ahead of us at the same time, India is not struck at it was in early 2000.. people unable to notice influence that India gained with economic growth. INDIA and Pakistan were on same page back then till 90s. Pakistan ahead of India in many areas... Now India stands in top 10 economies and fast growing Bigger economy. We are concentrated heavily on economy whereas Pakistan politicians heavily concentrated on their own.
