1. If we will not do it..the US and allies will do it...the result will be brutal...drone strikes and OBL raid should serve as a reminder.

1- Whatever, no one is going to go after those groups which do not threaten Western interests(JuD etc).
US is going out of A-stan, ANA is in a miserable state and the Taliban are seen as a counter force to the emerging ISIS threat, China and Russia know it and so do we.(recent conference in Moscow).

2- Most of the 'terrorists' who had hurt Pakistan came from the tribal areas as a reaction against the military operations. Most of them were not trained by us for "deployment" in Kashmir or Afghanistan. Hakimullah, Baitullah, Naik Muhammad, Mullah Fazlullah, Faqir Muhammad etc all were local Pakistanis who had no history of any sort of relationship with the ISI. As for those who are tolerated by the state, there is always a danger of any such group or any person in such group going rougue if the state uses force on them to please a certain Western country.

3- A state fights those who kills it's citizens. JuD and many other groups whom America wants us to fight are not involved in the killings of Pakistani citizens.

They have been controlled. Before pathankot when last attack was carried out. You must agree that most of them have been controlled. One attack in year on military installation in a area where the forces are considered occupiers is very good record. Remember what used to happen in 90s.

This stupidity of Pakistani political mentality that they think they can find red carpet welcome in Russia and China..first Russia is far closer to India for embracing Pakistan and secondly Russia does not offer much in terms of trade potential needed by Pakistan....China itself is a close trade partner of US and heavily dependent on USD..it is stupid to assume that China would jeopardize its own economy and political clout with US...???

If you want to bring stability and accountability to Pakistan...the audit has to start from its armed forced...its been too long..selling the chooran of patriotism..nobody seems to raise the question of common sense..that how did such massive terrorist infrastructure sneak under the nose of 7th largest army and 1st intelligence agency? Pakistan seems to be following a policy that if we aint getting Kashmir..we are taking the whole country down with it...the obsession with Kashmir over shadows every department of policy making, the sanity and rationality of state and above all..its purpose of survival and continuation!
