In westren culture love often get mixed up with lust, so for them , lust is love and love is life. That's why in west kids mother name use on birth certificate.

Why are you so worried about the mother's name and father's name? Having father's name on a document should not be accepted unless supported by DNA evidence and this argument will have solid ground if challenged in any court of law.How many documents with father names are based on the DNA evidence are there?

In pakistan, there is a concept of getting married properly among 99% people. So the born baby will automaticly registered to parents,
how many couple's living with out marriage and having babes in west, can u bring stats here?

naa if the women is pregnant before getting married..... Its not a fault of a child so she will give a birth to baby under the islamic law...... abortion will be considered like a murder unless has a danger to the life of a mother.

Any punishment due under the islamic law for having illegitimate baby will be due after the child is born. Now some non-religious so-called liberals can come and give a long lecture but i am talking about Islamic Law.

If found guilty the man shall be punished. However women shall have to wait till the child is born and is about 2.5 years old or in other words does not need mothers milk. Then she shall be punished.
