They are saying its fireworks or stored tnt in one of apartment rooms, but the explosion seems too big.

Al Arabiya is claiming a missile storage for Hezbollah was hit. However, they have have been doing something like that lately to try embarrassing Iran and it's allies.

That being said there must be a weapons storage site for Hezbollah somewhere there and an Israeli intelligence op can't be ruled out.

Hundreds are injured and likely dozens killed , RIP to the victims.

Having previous experience of commercial shipping we used to carry enough combustible cargo to cause a nuclear explosion type destruction if an accident happened.

According to preliminary reports, it is said to be a ship loaded with fireworks.

It's possible it was both fireworks and missile storage explosion? How many fireworks can you fit there and why would it be in apartment building or near all these apartment buildings?

Hazzy, stop being paranoid. Not every explosion in ME has to be associated with someone else. This is from China.

But the explosion in China was of 800 tons of Aluminum Nitrate, which is a highly combustible, energy dense material, as opposed to fireworks which are by design weak.

The brown coloured cloud gives away that it was indeed an incident with some fire works stocks and that too a huge storage.
