Bangladesh and Pakistan was never going to work. There was that land mass today know as India and their unwelcome interjection was never going to allow a East and West Pakistan.

Kashmir is a completely different scenario. The Kashmiri people must and have a right to be governed by whoever they want. The issue should be resolved by allowing the people of the soil whether they want Pakistan India or complete independence from both parties. If you value the concerns of the people then this scenario wont make you feel uncomfortable.

Both nations should be prepared to allow this to happen and we will see clearly who the people of the soil want to be governed by. Those fearful of a rejection of their undesired occupation will obviously get their saris into a twist. Those that are passionate about the people and the soil known as Kashmir will agree to it. Ring your bell?

What is the common between Kashmiri people and pakistani people. Other than religion nothing is common. Why don't you allow balochistan, sindhi, phustoon people to choose stay with pakistan, afghanistan, iran or independence.

Wtf are you talking about? Kashmiris and Punjabis are genetically closer to each other than they are to any other ethnicities in South Asia. Look at the map idiot. It makes more sense to group them with Punjabis and Sindhis than with Tamils, Biharis and Marathas.

Punjabis and kashmiri speak different languages. Nobody said that kashmiri are closer to tamil or biharis. That is the reason, Kashmir got different state. They can choose their govt in their state.

Please remember, the actual Pakistani position, which I like and support is that we are not demanding Kashmir, our demand is that the people of Kashmir should have the right to choose their future. There is a clear difference that people constantly misunderstand.

Demanding Kashmir has never been our demand, but giving the people of Kashmir their right to choose their future is our demand.

Personally, I think this has gone on for long enough, too much blood has been spilt, that's Kashmiri blood.
The best thing is to allow the five regions of Jammu and Kashmir to choose their own futures. That's the Kashmir Valley, Azad Kashmir, Jammu, Ladakh and Gilgit Baltistan. That I think is a good position for a peaceful solution.

According to partition plan, a plebiscite is supposed to be held.
Yes I feel pain for the Kashmiri people, but the Indians don't care about the Kashmiri people.

Kashmir is not geographically separated from Pakistan.
Nor is Balochistan or Sindh, and they are proud to be part of Pakistan.
