LOL.. DRDO isn't an IT company where coders come and go.. The stuffs they work on, experience is GOLD !!
so what to do???..either force them to work like bonded labours(like in north korea) or give them a huge amount of money( which is not possible as it is also a PSU and has a paricular government norm)... so the best way out is to recruit fresh blood abd give them necessary trainig,infrastructure,enviornment to work on.That is the only possible solution

The worst thing is, with them goes all those years of accumulated technical experience which can't be replenished by young guns. Increasing the salary is the only viable option. Given that Indian expenditure of R&D as percentage of GDP is too less compared to other developing nation.

but for that we cannot sit in a corner a cry for the rich experience that goes out with them.We ought to be realistic in our approach and try to move on.Sorkar koto maine barabe..evrything has a limit.tahole onno Psu ra bolbe amra ki dosh korlam???

Pay has to be according to capability. You have to understand most of the researchers in DRDO are PhD holders, and toiled more than 12-13 years to get above academics. They deserve pay hike more than any other PSUs, same goes for HAL.
