You are right xinxiang was won by force, Kashmir joined India as per the june plan - the plan that is the very basis of formation of modern state of India and Pakistan. No comparison whatsoever.

You nailed down the point exactly...When these so called brotherly China treat fellow muslim people with guns and bullets then Pakistan will say that this in internal problem and these sud be treated like the way China think of but when it comes to India then the story might be different...
