Lol projections gives idea where things are heading. So far it’s good for Bangladesh but not rosy for Pakistan.

World Bank sees Pakistan's potential to be a $2 trillion economy
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan could become a $2 trillion economy in the next 28 years if it remains steadfast in its reforms and manages to reduce its population growth rate to 1.2% “With sustained reforms, Pakistan could be a $2 trillion economy when it will turn 100 in the next 28 years,” said the...defence.pk
these things don't matter. even projections aren't static. so as I said before, enjoy while it lasts.
Lol good for Pakistan. But that is 2047 projection and very much achievable.
By 2035 Bangladesh's per capita GDP is projected to be 6500 USD+ and Pakistan in 2047 will have around 5500 USD per capita GDP.
I personally have no problem with Pakistan or any other country's progress.
bookmark this thread(and my comments). Lets see after 15 years, who gets humbled. And no there shouldn't be any excuse like this war or that war or this disease or that disease, since your whole argument is on projection and estimations while mine is on variance.
Bangladesh - and please forgive me my words - is basically a Hindu protectorate.
It's a pity that we cannot talk about the economic achievements of BD without getting into a virtual fistfight.
BaNgLaDeSh StRoNk - PaKiStAn BaD?
1. Different power dynamics are at play in Pakistan. Literally every power of this world wants influence in our country. Pakistan needs to get its act together, that's for sure and we are wasting a lot of potential right now. But we have other variables to consider than Bangladesh.
2. Bangladesh - and please forgive me my words - is basically a Hindu protectorate. The 29th state of India to say. Proud Muslims are dominated by Hindus, created by Hindus and protected by Hindus. Every Bangaldeshi with some pride in his Muslim heritage (and I know there are many Bangladeshi brothers and sisters who hate this fact!) is upset about that.
3. Dignity is more important than bragging about the fact that Bangladeshi paupers have 20 USD more per year in their pockets than Pakistani or Indian paupers. And right now the discussion is literally based on that said fact. 99% of your country would still leave on the same day when an Euro embassy would grant them a visa.
4. @DalalErMaNodi
You may bring up a polio vaccine to brag about Bangladeshs StronKness. As I said different power dynamics are at play in Pakistan and if I lived in Pakistan I would also be sceptical. Ever heard about Shakil Afridi? Your country chose to become a puppet state for a weak peace with India, Pakistan - with all its major problems - has some dignitiy left not to submit to the Hindus.
Statistics can easily be manipulated. Now tell me why is India the open defacation capital of the world? Lets talk realityLol projections gives idea where things are heading. So far it’s good for Bangladesh but not rosy for Pakistan.

Loooool...simple indiansThe only reason Bangladesh exists post 1971 is because India decided it should exist separate.
That's how occupying armies operate.
And yes, they will always do better than Pakistan. Its in their genes. Which adopted faith will not dilute.
Cheers, Doc
You seem to have a simplistic view of the problem.A man saw another man searching for something under a street light at night. He asked him what he had lost and he answered my phone fell and i am unable to locate it. So this guy started helping him to find the phone but was unable to find it. So he asked the guy where exactly do you think you have dropped it and the guy pointed towards a dark part of the street. So he asked him why are you looking here and the guy answered because their is light here and no light their.
The convenient is not always the truth.
I don't kow about that. Just let me quote Mark Twain: "The art of prophecy is very difficult, especially with respect to the future."And yes, they will always do better than Pakistan. Its in their genes. Which adopted faith will not dilute.
Bangladesh is not a notable military power in the region. Pakistan has a strong Islamic identity - the only country in the world founded in the name of Islam - and the other powers don't want a strong Muslim Pakistan that also has some nukes. In this universe - a thing that Islamic Tawheed also portrays very well - powers try to subjugate each other. So yes, embargos, black- and greylisting, foreign stooges inciting riots and civil unrest are definitley one factor in this ugly game.Different power dynamics may be at play in Pakistan but Pakistan's downfall in it's economy is not just cause of that.
Yes, that's unfortunately true. It's a pure mismanagement which is causing Pakistan to lag behind than other countries, no proper vision, blaming others not taking responsibilities of it's own fault, huge illiteracy among woman, lack of participation of them in the workforce all is at play for the current situation.
It's good for you, but you know human beings and especially life are not only measured in GDP per capita.Bangladesh is a hindu state, it's a hindu protectorate all these jargons wont help Pakistan anyway to overcome from it's present troubled situation.
A friend to everyone is a friend to no one. If Bangladesh was a real middle power things would look different.Bangladesh maintain good relation with everyone for it's economic benefits. It's not just India but China, USA, Russia, Japan, EU, Middle East every countries. That is why Bangladesh is progressing.

You are a very wise man. Did a Rap battle help to find that said phone?A man saw another man searching for something under a street light at night.
