Where as T-55/59 has an older gun (100mm D10T main rifled cannon). The Israeli Defence Force went up against the T-55′s in the 1967 Six day war, M-48′s locked into battle with the T-55′s were it was found neither could penetrate the others frontal armour.

Al-Zarrar Main Battle Tank (MBT) - Army Technology

The Al-Zarrar development programme began in 1990. Pakistan is reported to have ordered 400 Al-Zarrar tanks in total and the first batch of 80 tanks was delivered to the army in February 2004.

Moreover on what basis you put china on top. Think Germany,France and U.S make better tanks then comes the second level Russia/China/israel et al.
But if its quantity wise, then yes the chinese will be top.

T-80 is just example ur sources worth nothing. You claim there are 1800 upgraded M60A3. Where are they? There are just couple photos of probably same 1 tank:

The photos you posted are old , all the Egyptian M60 fleet is undergoing the same upgrade, i have a video for an Egyptian military parade showing tens of M60A3's with that same upgrade,i will search it later and post it here, the upgrade is still being generalized , they are not going to upgrade 1700 tanks in one week !
