No new frigates or SAM upgrades are planned for 2015. A new RAM-equipped Roussan-class fast attack craft is expected to be delivered in early 2015 so with a bit of luck it'll be operational and commissioned within the year. That's +1.5 points, for a total of 62.5 points. A second Roussan-class fast attack craft is to be delivered by late 2015 so I doubt that it'll actually enter service within the year.
