26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks. The Legal case in Pakistan

Everything in BAN does not mean it have proof. e.g US had many proofs that Iraq posses WMDs. So much for those proofs. A UN ban is nothing more than international politics. Its sad indians think it as some constructive proof.

Wow. Thanks for comparing our international clout with that of the US. We forced even your might all-weather ally to pass sanctions against your organisations and people because they were so scared of us.

Thanks for the complement. I'm honoured, man. I really am.

The problem here is that Indians make fun of Rehman Malik for waiting for 'The Right Time' to provide proof of Indian involvement in Balochistan. On the flip side, our Indian friends use the case of border jumpers AS A FACT, NOT AS AN ALLEGATION, when they have yet to prove it, without even promising to wait for the right time. You have a spy satellite God Damn it! Take a picture of one of the many terrorists camps that allegedly litter the entire expanse of Azad Kashmir and throw it to our faces! If you can't, then don't try and act all 'Holier than thou'.

Pakistan will obviously refute it, and India will go by this principle, your future leader Imran Khan promises to end the terror camps, so did a host of other leaders,

Total Number of Foreign Mercenaries Operating in Jammu and Kashmir: 900

Number of Pakistani terrorists killed by Indian security forces: 291

Nationalities of Foreign Mercenaries Operating in Jammu and Kashmir:

Pakistan, ****************** Kashmir, Afghanistan,

Egypt, Sudan, Yemen,

Bahrain, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq

Deadliest Pakistani Terrorist Groups Active in Jammu and Kashmir:

Harkat-ul-Ansar (recently renamed Harkat-ul-Mujaheedin)

Lashkar-e-Toiba

Headquarters: Muridke (Pakistan)

Hizbul Mujahideen

Peak time of annual infiltration of terrorists into India:

Summer months, when the snows have melted, under cover of Pakistani Army firing (Washington Post, Oct. 15, 1998).

Number of people in Jammu and Kashmir killed in violence waged by Pakistan-supported terrorists over the last decade: over 20,000.

Ethnic Cleansing in Kashmir: Nearly 300,000 Kashmiri Pandits (original Hindu inhabitants of Kashmir valley) driven out of their ancestral homeland by Pakistan-supported terrorists.

Pakistan's response to charges of terrorism support: "It only provides diplomatic and moral support to the terrorists". To see through this outright lie, read about the "credible reports of official Pakistani support to Kashmiri terrorist groups..." in the US State Department 1997 report on global terrorism.

The US Tomahawk missiles killed Pakistani terrorists belonging to Harkat-ul-Ansar in the Khost camps in Afghanistan this year. These terrorists were training to fight in Kashmir.

The Harkat-ul-Ansar and the Lashkar-e-Toiba threatened US citizens recently in open news conferences in major cities in Pakistan. The Pakistani government makes no attempt to shut down any of these groups.

Most recent recruits to Pakistani terrorist camps: Kashmiri Muslim children as young as 12 years old, coerced into a dead-end career by Pakistani terrorist groups(CNN Online, Oct. 8, 1998).

Why is the Pakistani economy in shambles? 70% of its budget goes to the military plus its debt payments, much of the military spending being on sustaining the Kashmiri terror (NY Times, Aug. 30, 1998, The Tribune, Oct. 10, 1998).

When Rehman Malik said last week that the team would seek to meet Kasab, the Indian government said this would not happen. India said this was not part of the written understanding reached with Pakistan. However, reports in newspapers here quoted unnamed Indian officials as giving two reasons for the refusal. First was the concern that Kasab will retract his confessional statement. The second was that Pakistan is in turn refusing India access to voice samples of the LeT’s Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi. Pakistan says that its law only allows fingerprints as evidence of individual identity, not voice samples. The samples are important because the voice of the man who guided the attackers through their carnage is available in the evidence.

So Indian govt is not serious. If you want Hafeez convicted you need to cooperate Instead of media blame game.

Funny High.IQ have short term memory loss..
Last time i saw, UN have proscribed Jamat ud dawa as a terrorist org, with china supporting that resolution..
And OBL was killed in abbottabad.. they are yet to come out with the facts that led him to live for 5 years..
They are trying to hide some truths...
USA have openly said ISI is involved...
So what r u trying to do? Troll?

"Then why has not one single country in the ENTIRE world officially said that the Pakistani government is behind the 26/11 attacks? Let alone the UN?"

If you disagree, then find me an official statement from any country, that says the Pakistani government was behind the 26/11 attacks. (Except for the Indian government of course, since they are the ones who made this false accusation).

So Indian govt is not serious. If you want Hafeez convicted you need to cooperate Instead of media blame game.

Ok let's move forward a bit and answer this simple question of mine:

Think about it, why would your authorities help us find the guilty when many of them are guilty themselves.

Who writes his own death warrant?

Hence the obfuscation.

India is serious. We lost our 167 people, man. It's the guilty on your side who are not serious.

Heck, you didn't even accept that those 10 kids were Pakistanis, for God's sake until your own media put you to shame.

With such denial and obfuscation, what hope is there?

So u mean to say the US have never said, the govt is behind it?
I didnt mean Pak PM or interior ministers or cabinet...
I meant the ISI and rogue elements within the army..
Think carefull...
In the chargesheeting of david headley in chicago, the US have put ISI as a co- conspirators ..
Meaning they are also accused...

My statement was correct. Frankly I couldn't care less at your attempts to obfuscate the issue with "interior ministers" or other BS.

I'll say it again:

"Then why has not one single country in the ENTIRE world officially said that the Pakistani government is behind the 26/11 attacks? Let alone the UN?"

Well our Intelligence is not as quick as yours which in few minutes of Attack confirmed that they are Pakistanis and how they came and all that stuff (But still your navy wasn't able to intercept them).... We needed to run some checks because they were individual not in control of State of Pakistan, Only those who were controlling them can have so much info on them. anyway Thats why we took our time. But on the other hand your intelligence agencies knew every thing still they were able to sneak in and in minutes your govt reveal all details of who they are how they came etc etc.

This started to sound kinda fishy.

I totally agree with your previous post # 76

The Pakistan Government was not behind it - heck the Pakistan Government exercises little control in their own country. But the ISI and elements within the Pakistani intelligence were behind it. Search for it - search for BBC documentary on Pakistan too.

Can you back up this "few minutes of attack confirmed they were Pakistanis" with some sources?

:lol: your home minister, prime minister, foreign minister went on record to accept that the attacks were planned and carried out by so called "non state actors" of Pakistan, to top it all Mr.Zardari promised to hand over all suspects inside and outside Pakistani organisations to India and do a through investigation.

Yeah... .Just turn on IndiaTV. They might be blamming us right now for something in your country. For example Aik hajjam ney indian ko shave kartey hue cut laga diya. Kiya yeh ISI ka agent hai... Plus they'll be showing picture of some halwai in lahore.
