These naxals are equipped with state-of-the-art rocket launcher, AK47s , mortars and many other advance gears....

In comparison our soldiers are very poorly equipped.... Need to address this urgently..... Rest in peace my brave soldiers.... You did your best with whatever equipments available with you....

Wrong !

The Naxalites are equipped with a weird variety of obsolete or inadequate weapons, from 12 bore single and double barrel shotguns, Lee Enfield 0.303 bolt action rifles, 0.315 ( 8 mm ) Indian Ordinance bolt action civilian rifles, improvised pipe guns firing 12 gauge shells, and muzzleloading guns.
The majority of Naxalites are armed with these weapons.

A small elite section of Naxalites are armed with weapons seized from the government security forces .
They Naxalites have seized a wide variety of weapons from security forces they have killed, and these include INSAS rifles, AKMs , Ishapore FAL SLRs, Ishapore Sterling Sub-Machine guns , 9 mm Pistols , 0.38 bore pistols.
But these are very small in number.

The average Naxalite is very poorly armed as compared to the government security forces , The Naxalites are the worst off in terms of arms and ammunition as compared to other insurgent groups in India such as Mizos, Nagas, Manipuris, Khalistanis, and of course Kashmiris.

It is remarkable how the Naxalites are able to maintain stocks of such a variety of ammunition calibers and types. It is suspected that they have some type of crude reloading capabilities because few empty shells are seen in the pictures. They pick these up and reload them somehow.

As a last resort the Naxalites seem to be using muzzle loading pipe guns but once again it is unclear where they get the powder and shot from.

You are lucky that you don't have to fight with TTP, who are far more equipped. IA/paramilitary cannot fight local insurgents, unless they are happy. Be it Kashmir, Naga, or Naxals etc.. PA could not fight Muktis bcz of a political solutions failure. The difference is the time. Pak lost E.Pak in few days, but an insurgency w/o an invasion takes a lot of time. So, w/o political settlement, India will lose, like the US lost everywhere in Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan...
for reference, this is what we are fighting...

The Naxalites do not have rocket launchers or mortars. They would have to capture these from security forces who themselves don't use them against Naxalites.

The Naxalites use what is known as "Fire arrows", "Explosive Arrows" or "Arrow Bombs". A small explosive charge is attached to a traditional hunting arrow, which is launched from a re-enforced heavy bow or catapult . The arrow is lit with a flame for a night attack or lit with a smoking device to leave a smoke trail in the day. When launched in numbers these explosive arrows are effective.

The Naxalites also use a crude bomb launcher using an unknown kind of throwing device. Probably a simple catapult made of automobile inner tube rubber. The bombs are crude country made types made from commercial blasting powder using metal scrap and bound with twine. These have no safety fuses, are extremely dangerous to handle, and will detonate if dropped or bumped. Perhaps more Naxalites are killed handling these devices than their adversaries.

Update: 22 Indian security personnel killed in this attack

Five security personnel were killed and a few others injured on April 3 in an encounter with Naxals at a forest in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur district, a top police officer said.

According to the police, some Maoists are also suspected to have been killed during the exchange of fire.

"The gunbattle broke out in Tarrem area (along Sukma and Bijapur border) when a joint team of security forces was out on an anti-Naxal operation," Chhattisgarh Director General of Police D.M. Awasthi said.

The personnel belonging to the CRPF's elite Commando Battalion for Resolute Action unit (CoBRA), the District Reserve Guard (DRG) and the Special Task Force (STF) were involved in the operation, he said.

"As per the preliminary information, five jawans were killed and a few others were injured in the gunfight," Mr. Awasthi said, adding that further details are awaited.

On March 23, five DRG personnel were killed when Naxals blew up a bus carrying the security personnel with an IED in Narayanpur district.

Some people are claiming that these soldiers were killed during raids on one of the last Naxal strongholds. Is that true? Naxal story is over?

Yes not something like MBRLs but explosive arrows type.... But this can be very fatal in jungle warfare....

Note the fire arrows in the background

Note the weapons below from the CPI ( ML ) group, active in Bihar.
In the middle is a typical country made pistol probably using .315 bore ammunition, there is a 12 gauge shotgun and a modified air rifle probably firing .22 LR rounds.
