2014 is not 1962 - Indian Much Better Prepared for Chinese Challenge

This point is for you.

The Indian Army itself already admitted that "India can't hope to match China by any conventional or non-conventional means, and the gap is growing larger every day".

Do a couple of internet fanboys know more than the Indian Army itself? I love how you guys are always calling your own Army a liar. :P

We could easily beat you at our weakest point (and even during our famine) in 1962. Now we are at our strongest point in the past few hundred years, that's why you guys cry about "Chinese incursions" but can't do anything about it. :azn:

The second you try, you know it will be seen as another Forward Policy.

That Dray guy's got no counter argument. That's why he has to retreat to his delusional mental fortress of solitude in order to reply to your post with something nonsensical like "China economy will crash soon and China sell old weapons as scrap metal!!!"

No, they will create a fake legend that goes something like this :

A captain from indian army said he killed 5000 Chinese troops with his bare hands and was told by his superior not to talk about it....

If you push me I will post these pictures ...

 I heard a cook from the Indian army completely avenged 1962 by killing 5 million commies with his soup ladle. It's top secret and the CCP won't tell us about it.

The truth is Indians themselves (even including @DRAY) believe the Indian Army, when the Indian Army says they can never hope to match China by any conventional or non-conventional means.

This hurts them a lot. Because they know it's true.

And despite trying to attack us while we were in the middle of a famine in 1962, they were easily defeated by even a starving China.

Today it's out of the question, the tables have turned completely.

Exactly. The best chance they ever had, or so they thought, was in 1962. After all, China was starving and India's economy was actually 2 or 3 times larger than China's. So they stabbed China in the back and tried to steal some territory. Boy were they surprised.

How can you count on those lame Tibetan soldiers. I think IA will resort to nuclear weapon if a converntional defeat happens. The problem is China has more destructive Nuclear arsenal than India. I think you shall take it in to consideration.
Just Let Pakistan brag about those.

Although I am a pacifist against war,I have to say you are really too optimistic for IA.
In 1962,India had support from both USA and SU,you lost the game.At that time,China was under chaos and famine.

Nowadays,IA become more powerful,so is PLA.

If we remember the pain of war,we'd better value peace life and refuse wasting blood of any Indian or Chinese soldier.
That's what's best for both countries interests. I always dreamt of A Russia-China-India axis against supremacy of usa and nato.

Yes,yes,That's right.Fortified bunkers and shit.:omghaha:
India doesn't even have proper, large army bases in AP.Last heard they were desperately trying to purchase land for a proper base in Pasighat, one of the only plain areas in AP and a communication and transport heart of AP and failing miserably...the locals being apprehensive of Indian army and its reputation for dealing with civilian women.

Nor is there proper infrastructure to support a large defensive force or even properly resupply the existing meagre ones. The roads are so bad that they can't support efficient movement of troops and supplies, with only one bridge over the siang. The Chinese take that bridge out and the whole resupply route will be in chaos.

I can see you have never been to AP.

When the **** did I ever say that the bulk of the Eastern command was garrisoned in AP??I only said that the Eastern command has got 10/11 mountain divisions under its disposal, earmarked for operatios against China,I never said they were based in AP,so the question of a proper base or whatever doesn't even arise. And even if there was enough land to set up a hundred of your 'proper bases',army would have never posted a big amount of troops so near and within the range of enemy field arty, get this into your head you dumbfuck.

Besides, other than the 23rd infantry division, headquartered in Ranchi, all of the 10 other divisions are based in the NE regions. They are to take the forward defences in time of hostility, the same forward defencive positions I was talking about. But why am I talking to you??You do not even know the meaning of common terminologies. And judging by your posts so far,you seem like another of them false flaggers, let alone being from AP.

By the way,I'm done talking to you. This is the last time I would be replying to your nonsense.

Aksai Chin is strategical important for China, not only it's a shortcut from Xinjiang to Tibet, in war time both can provide the mutual support but it also serve as earlier warning aircraft without the need to refuel, we can monitor all Indian flight activities and listening all the signal without the need to send spy 24 hrs. Our leader had great vision on area, they have foresee that India will be our enemy, they rather chose this strategic barren land first so we can properly deal with India military if needed.

I know view like what you have said but Aksai Chin is really not so important whether as purpose or means. It's only useful when it act as something must be went through to get good things.
You can't understand my logic because your English is terrible and your random, unintelligible response to me confirms that fact.
Even though my English terrible I can see your words copied from other Chinese members.

LOL,you never talked of anything like that. You claimed significant defensive build up and as you yourself have admitted there are no significant force levels in AP and I have already pointed and proved that there exists no infrastructure to support a decent defensive force let alone a large one.

The ignoramus on display here is so acute that you can't even figure out that troops would need weeks if not a month or two to acclimatize to the conditions of AP particularly the upper regions. So if troops are not permanently stationed there they will never be in time to mount a proper defense, busy as they will be acclimatizing themselves when hostilities break out.Maybe you didn't even know that once troops move out a particular zone and re-enter it,they need to re-adjust or re-acclimatize.
This is even considering they can ever reach there, the infrastructure bottlenecks and chinese destruction of infrastructure via precision missile and air strikes will essentially guarantee that the Indians are stuck to their bases in mainland or Assam and never reach the combat theatre

The cop out of "no one stations troops that close to the border" argument is just reeking of ignorance.Bases all the way in mainland India or even Assam will never be in time to respond to AP theatre if the Chinese decide for a mountain blitzkrieg.

So why doesn't India station a credible force level in established defensive installations? The answer is simple and once again exposes your lies-the defenses are not "fortified" in any sense and are vulnerable to strikes by the chinese. If they had been reinforced and fortified,India would have stationed a significant amount of troops, after all,the proximity to enemy isn't a matter ofconcern on western borders with Pakistan. Then why the difference in rhetoric on the NE front?

BTW,you called your own army as idiots and incompetents as they have been looking for land to build mega bases in lower plain regions of AP.So either you are right and entire IA is a bunch of joke to seek mega bases in AP or they are right and you are nothing more than an ignorant fanboy jingo.

Take your pick.
