I beg to Differ you on most Well off Community being Muhajir because most of Pakistani Bureaucracy are Punjabi, Military mostly Punjabi and Current ruling Govt is Predominantly Punjabi as well. While on the other hand Muhajirs doesnt even have Administrative controls of their own City right now, No Development Funds Allocated in Budget for the City where they are in Majority, Very Very few people in Bureaucracy and Military. They are confined to Private Sectors only. Is that what you Call WELL OF COMMUNITY.
